Return Guidelines

We believe in the performance of the StopWatt System. If our device does not line up with your domestic hardware configuration, we provide an organized method for processing hardware returns.

60-Day Trial Period

Purchasers have an eligible 60-day timeframe following parcel delivery to initiate a return request. To receive a complete compensation, the device must be functional in its initial state and enclosed inside its complete initial container.

Requesting a Return

To acquire an official return verification, please communicate with our client relations branch:

Our specialists will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference code along with warehouse logistics info. Returns managed without a registered RMA number cannot be handled by our receiving department.

Balancing Your Credit

When our warehouse takes delivery and checks the system, a confirmation note will be dispatched. Confirmed requests are processed back to your initial transactional card. Most banking firms process these settlement adjustments within 5 to 10 office days.

Postal Charges

The expense of return package delivery is managed by the individual buyer. Please note that any baseline transport charges from the initial transaction are non-reimbursable.
